Dr. Bill Greenman and his wife Melanie are the founders and directors of GCOM International, Inc , which is the parent organization from which Purpose International Ministries USA and Kenya were birthed. Dr. Bill and Melanie have dedicated their entire adult lives to proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ. They have over 40 years of experience in Christian ministry on multiple continents. Their work has included evangelism, Personal-Family-Marriage counseling, as well as pastoral administration and facility oversight at two mega churches in the USA.
Dr. Greenman has travelled extensively to over 20 nations and personally established our USA and Kenya, Africa offices, and has worked with over 300 churches, civic, and charitable organizations around the world.
Reverend Masambu has been in full time ministry for over 20 years in the heart of his native land Kenya Africa. He has established his home church in Kimiili, Kenya and has travelled extensively across that nation preaching the gospel of Christ. In 2007 He invited Dr. Greenman to come to Kenya to partner with him for a Purpose conference and they have been partners ever since.
Rev Masambu is now the National Director for Purpose International Consultants Limited of Kenya, and the Chairman of its board. He is also directly involved with the government of Kenya in his province and coordinates efforts by the government and PICK to change the culture of Kenya from corruption to honesty and lawfulness, beginning with the youth. He has also worked with several large relief organizations during national disasters.
Rev. Masambu has spoken live to almost 1 million Kenyan youth in schools and universities, as well as on radio. He is one of the most sought after preachers in Kenya. In 2016 He made his first trip to the USA where he held meetings in churches and with youth across the nation.
Create and disseminate educational materials for all ages, using all media forms, on all continents to help people find, fund, and fulfill their God given personal purpose in life with the fullest confidence and effectiveness within their community and beyond.
Purpose International Ministries Kenya (PIMK) was birthed in May of 2008 through the collaboration of Rev. Michael Masambu of Kenya and Dr. Bill Greenman from the USA. After Rev Masambu had taught the principles in Dr. Greenman’s books for many years the Lord told them to partner to take that message of personal God given purpose to the entire nation of Kenya. As you will see in tis Vision Summary that partnership orved to be extremely successful at almost every level of Kenyan society.
In spring of 2015 Purpose International Ministries of Kenya requested to be changed from a CBO (Community Based Organization) to Purpose International Consultants, Limited of Kenya (PICK). Being a recognized consultancy allows us to work more effectively with more diverse people groups, engage in more humanitarian works, and permits greater travel across all provinces of Kenya and other nations.
At Right: Dr. Greenman (far left) and Purpose Consultancy International National Director Michael Masambu (far right) met with leaders of the Department of Justice in Nairobi, Kenya in 2008 at their request to help end corruption by teaching our Purpose courses to the youth of Kenya. This meeting was the catalyst for much of our ongoing work in the schools and conferences across Kenya.

Since August of 2016 Purpose International Consultants Kenya (PICK) has sponsored 4 schools in Kenya. They are: New Hope Mwangale Secondary School; Mwangale DEB Primary School; New Hope Kamukuywa High School; and New Hope Yohana Masambu High school.
We have over 1200 students between these 4 schools, but not enough buildings, classrooms, or proper equipment for them.
In the photos below you can see Reverend Masambu standing in the new construction areas we are having done so we can better accommodate our students. On the next page are photos of the unfinished buildings of the Mwangale Secondary School need roofing, doors, and windows.
PICK is now in the process of raising funds to complete our building of the 4 new classrooms, a twin laboratory, all other classroom needs, and offices for the Primary school.
Our greatest need is to finish the roof, doors, and windows on these Secondary School classrooms so our students are not exposed to the elements any longer and teachers can have the student’s full attention.
As the sponsor of these 4 schools, it the legal responsibility of PICK to provide spiritual nourishment for the students, teachers, and the community. We are keen on partnering with other like-minded organizations to reach each community with our life-changing message of personal purpose. We plan to sponsor more schools over the next few years and we presently have a waiting list of students who want to be in our schools due to our success in many other areas of Kenya.
There is a large need for used quality tractors and other major appliances and electronics across Kenya. Through our relationships with others who have been reselling such equipment for many years in Africa we have the opportunity to build an ongoing income by purchasing used tractors, electronics, and appliances here in the USA and shipping them for resale to Kenya. Continuously revolving budget of $35,000.
Another avenue of income we have implemented is the purchasing a 72 passenger bus and a 24 passenger bus to use for transporting students and other attendees to and from our conferences and ferrying an army of Holy Ghost empowered youth to villages and cities to preach the Gospel. When not being used for this we rent the buses to schools for transporting their students, organizations for company trips, and to families for funerals. We wish to purchase 2 more buses as soon as possible to increase our income from this investment.
Our focus in Kenya is now to standardize our training of youth by using digital platforms so that we expose them to experienced, excellent teachers of the Word of God who will train them for the work of ministry.
We will achieve this dream by acquiring and utilizing the following items:
