This 6 Module, 24 lesson course takes students, youth groups, and individuals, from A-Z in the pursuit of their purpose. The goal of this course is impart to Christian young people a proven strategy to help them live their destinies in God as people of His influence in the specific area of society to which they are called.
Each Module has 4 Lessons and each Lesson contains the following items:
Using Biblical text this Lesson shows how every Christian has a specific purpose to fulfill and then how to weave that purpose into the practical life of affecting our culture with the power of Christ’s gospel.
This lesson covers the 3 main aspects of a Christian’s life – relationship with God, relationship with other believers, and relationship with unsaved people. Then we show how one’s specific purpose will be involved in all three of these general purposes.
Discusses the many gifts we all possess in the physical, spiritual, and soul realms and how to recognize them and how they help us fulfill our purpose in a unique way. We also discuss the need to turn gifts into skills.
Understanding the different profiles and finding one’s own is paramount to successfully living out one’s purpose and working with others along the way. This lesson contains the DISC profile evaluation to give the student a clearer understanding of his or her personality and also how it functions with his/her specific gifts.
After discussing the validity of personal dreams and desires of our hearts this lesson helps the student list of his/her own. Then they are challenged to actually seek out others who have lived those dreams and to note their findings for further applications.
The biblical term for personal purpose is “calling” and here this lesson shows exactly what it means to be called and then appointed to a specific place in the body of Christ.
This covers understanding how to be led by the Holy Spirit – what is his specific language and how do we learn it so we can clearly hear what He has to say about our purpose and how we should live it out.
This is a time tested step-by-step system of confirming any leading of the Lord and most specifically the terms of our purpose. It is perhaps the most valuable lesson in the course.
This is a detailed explanation of just what goals are and how to practically find and set them – all from a Biblical mindset.
The student’s Vision Flyer will become the foundational overview of their purpose and destiny. The student will create this during this lesson and share it with as many people as possible to help modify it to its most productive point.
Once his or her goals are discovered the student is now shown how to systematically turn those goals into workable plans. These plans become the day-to-day destiny of his or her life. The system can be used for planning anything in life.
This lesson emphasizes the need for controlling ones time and gives solid ways to manage it with as much detail as the student wishes to apply. In these last days we must redeem the time for the days are evil – but without creating bondage that can strangle our joy.
Our words are a major part of what determines our life. Using the student’s Vision Flyer this lesson shows the student how to use that truth to establish the goals and plans they have written in a daily, practical way.
Words without actions are useless and this lesson proves that point. Then we challenge the student to begin immediately to do some of the plans they have developed within their Vision flyer.
This is the Biblical example of Jacob and how he used all of the principles we have studied to date to free himself from the slavery of his father-in-law. It is a very unusual story for a very enlightening lesson that is highly inspirational and intriguing.
This lesson explains the need for solid mentors in one’s life and the need to become a mentor to others. Practical tools for finding and acquiring such mentors are shared, as well as how to build a Vision Team that will help one live out his or her destiny.
Personal values and areas of character one will not compromise make up our Personal Code. Using Biblical references the lesson gives the student a foundation to begin building their values upon and challenges them to clearly articulate their own Personal Code.
Everyone will go through many changes in many areas of their lives while living out a Divinely planned purpose and destiny. Our destiny will change, but purpose never does. This lesson gives the student some of the changes listed in the Bible they can expect to encounter and how to use those changes to their advantage.
Character is partly shaped by those we emulate and associate with – those we allow to influence us. Here we give the student guidelines to follow in establishing relationships with those who influence their lives in right ways.
As our character is built on the principles of God’s kingdom our worth to God and others grows as well. This lesson gives clear ways in which to increase that worth deliberately and with Godliness, with your purpose and destiny in view.
Once a Christian finds his or her purpose and has the plans formulated for their destiny, the power of focus must be applied continually. This lesson gives the student excellent tools for maintaining that focus for greater results.
Every success we enjoy while living out our destiny will create doors of opportunity for further success and growth. Again we give the student proven tools for reproducing success in all areas of their life.
Belief is the cornerstone of all the student will accomplish in his or her life. This is both an encouraging and challenging lesson to help the student honestly assess what they believe about themselves and their newly found purpose or the pursuit of it.
Here we discuss some major steps, decisions, and events that will take place as the student begins to walk out the destiny they have begun to formulate. This is an invaluable and encouraging lesson, which will help the student for years to come.
